Seymour Police, other agencies bust alleged meth dealer

SEYMOUR, Ind. - On Tuesday, June 9, at 9:30 a.m., the Seymour Police Department's Narcotics and Detective Divisions, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, JNET from Bartholomew County, and the DEA served a search warrant at a residence in the 700 block of Noble St., in Seymour.

During the search, investigators allegedly located over five pounds of methamphetamine, marijuana, THC vape cartridges, THC gummies, and a handgun. The approximate street value of the items is over $20,000.     

Xander Ault, 23, of Seymour, was arrested for:

  • Dealing Meth (level 2 Felony)
  • Possession of Meth (level 3 Felony)
  • Possession of Marijuana (level 6 Felony)
  • Dealing Marijuana (level 6 Felony)
  • Being a Serious Violent Felon (level 4 Felony)
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance (level 6 Felony)
  • Neglect of a Dependent (level 6 Felony)
