Seymour issues Boil Water Advisory for two neighborhoods this week

SEYMOUR, Ind. - The City of Seymour has planned water system improvements for two locations this week. Due to the maintenance, a Boil Water Advisory will be in effect for both areas.   

At least 90 customers will be affected as water pressure will be lowered to 20 PSI for several hours. 

Here are the areas that will be under a Boil Water Advisory, along with dates and times.   

  • South, W. Brown, S. Chestnut, and Carter Streets from 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, until Thursday, June 4, at 4 p.m.   
  • Burkart Blvd., and N. O'Brien and E. 16th Streets, from 8 a.m. on Friday, June 5, through Saturday, June 6, at 8 p.m.
