NORTH VERNON, Ind. - While investigating a theft of prescription drugs on March 14, the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) identified Eric Wilson of North Vernon as the suspect.
On March 15, deputies conducted a follow-up interview with Wilson at his residence and developed enough probable cause to apply for a search warrant for the stolen property. Jennings County Circuit Court granted the warrant.
JCSO allegedly recovered the stolen property along with 36.6 grams of Methamphetamine, 43.3 grams of Marijuana, an assortment of prescription-only medications, and paraphernalia.
Eric Wilson was arrested on the preliminary charges of:
- Dealing Meth (Level 2 Felony)
- Possession of a Legend Drug (Level 6 Felony)
- Possession of a Narcotic Drug (Level 6 Felony)
- Theft (Misdemeanor-A0
- Possession of Marijuana (Misdemeanor-B)
- Possession of Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor-C)
