JCBank names new VP

SEYMOUR, Ind. - Belinda “Billi” Bruner recently joined JCBank as Vice President of Human Resources, according to Melodie Yarnell, Senior Vice President/Chief Risk and Management Services Officer.

Bruner most recently served as Director of Human Resources and Support Services for Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. Before that, she spent 16 years with First Financial Bank in human resources, auditing, and sales management roles.   

She earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Western Governors University, completed the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking HR Management Program, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).    

“Billi brings more than 25 years of experience in management, human resources, and financial services,” said Yarnell. “She will be vital in developing high-performing teams while preserving our service-focused culture as JCBank continues to grow. We are excited to have Billi as a member of the JCBank team.”
