FRANKLIN, Ind. - River Valley Legal Aid/Pro Bono Indiana presents a free, legal aid walk-in clinic on Friday, July 24, at the Franklin branch of the Johnson County Library, 401 State St.
The clinic will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. and is provided at no cost to low-income residents.
The Legal Aid Clinic and Pro Bono Program utilizes local volunteer lawyers, who offer free legal consultations to low-income individuals, providing legal advice and assistance in furtherance of equal access to justice within our community.
Individuals participating in the Legal Aid Clinic can expect to receive a 10-minute consultation on a civil matter, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no need to register in advance.
Attorneys at the general advice clinic in Franklin on July 24 will provide answers to questions on civil law matters. No criminal law questions will be entertained.
