'Doggie Pool Day' at Franklin Aquatic Center is September 2

FRANKLIN, Ind. - Franklin Parks and Recreation and the Franklin Family Aquatic Center have scheduled "Doggie Pool Day" for Wednesday, September 2. 

Cool off and spend an evening with your furry friend as the 2026 pool season closes out. The cost is $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents.

Small dogs (less than 25 pounds) swim from 5 to 6 p.m., and larger dogs (over 25 pounds) get pool time from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.

You can register for the event in person at the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center. You must submit a completed form along with a copy of your dog's current vaccination records.
