COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Columbus Police Department (CPD) announced on Tuesday that for the next two weeks, police officers and local first responders will be at Columbus North High School conducting "active shooter" training.
Several law enforcement and emergency agencies are participating in the instruction process.
If you see multiple police and emergency vehicles in the North High School parking lots, do not be alarmed.
CPD said, "Thank you to the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation for letting us use the facility for this very important training."
