COLUMBUS, Ind. - Bartholomew County Emergency Management (BCEM) officials have announced that, due to the excessive rain the last two days, several roads are now closed.
Law enforcement authorities advise drivers to be aware and remind them that they should never try to drive through high water.
Here is the 4:15 p.m. update from BCEM on the local road situation.
Roads Closed:
- South Gladstone Avenue at the "Curves"
- County Road 475W, between Carr Hill and 250S
- Rocky Ford Road, between Longshore and Marr Road
- County Road 600E at County Road 850S
- County Road 400N at the Tinkey Bridge
High water:
- Central Avenue at Broadmoor
- County Road 250S, between County Roads 400W and 475W
- County Road 400W, between County Roads 200S and 250S
- County Road 300S. between County Roads 275W and 400W
