COLUMBUS, Ind. – Deputies with the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) initiated a traffic stop along Interstate 65 early Wednesday. Officers say they thought they smelled marijuana coming from inside the car driven by Joshua Fuller, 41, of Edinburgh.
During a search, items suspected to be marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug-related paraphernalia were allegedly located. The suspect was taken to the Bartholomew County Jail and deputies say they later found additional paraphernalia in the back seat of the patrol vehicle used to transport him.
BCSO says Fuller is facing preliminary charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and trafficking with an inmate.
