COLUMBUS, Ind. – Horizon Bank in Bartholomew County has donated $5,000 to the United Way of Bartholomew County COVID-19 Relief Fund. The fund was launched in March and supports those affected by the pandemic.
“We are thankful for the United Way of Bartholomew County and their quick action to form the COVID-19 Relief Fund. During this time it is imperative that we come together and work to address the critical needs of our community,” said Brittany Diebolt, Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for Horizon Bank.
Donations to the fund are being allocated to non-profit agencies in Bartholomew County who are working on the front lines to address critical needs and those helping to move the community past the effects of the pandemic. So far, United Way says $555,783 in local donations has been collected.
