SEYMOUR, Ind. – Eric D. Fish, MD, MBA, FACOG, President/CEO of Schneck Medical Center, was recently named a “Rural Hospital and Health System CEO” to Know by Becker’s Hospital Review.
In the feature article, Becker’s stated, “The executives featured on this list are committed to expanding hospital service lines, renovating and improving their facilities, and hiring talented team members. These leaders have created sustainable models for continued success.”
Along with Dr. Fish, Kyle Bennett of Memorial Hospital and Health Center in Jasper and Carol Dozier of Norton King’s Daughters’ Health in Madison were the only CEOs named from the state of Indiana.
Dr. Fish has over 18 years of leadership experience at Schneck, including Medical Director of Schneck Obstetrics and Gynecology, President of the Schneck Medical Staff, Vice President of Medical Affairs, and Chief Medical Officer, and, of course, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
