BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced the final traffic shifts for winter travel on Interstate 65 in Bartholomew and Jackson Counties.
Northbound traffic has been shifted to its winter pattern just north of Seymour. Southbound lanes on I-65 are expected to shift this weekend from mile marker 61 to 56.
INDOT says that any work during the winter months is not expected to impact traffic. The current traffic pattern will stay in place until heavy construction resumes in the spring. The full $143 million Reconstruction and Added Travel Lanes Project is expected to be completed by 2020.
