FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) recently awarded over $240,000 to support the work of organizations that are responding to the needs of the Johnson County Community.
In 2019, JCCF took applications for community-minded, collaborative programming as well as applications from the county public schools for education partnership grants.
In total, the JCCF grants committee selected 23 organizations to receive awards in 2019 and also presented Education Partnership Grants to the six public school corporations in the county through the education foundations and the school corporations.
Each public school group was awarded $6,000, while some community organizations such as Johnson County Parks and Recreation received as much as $15,000.
