SEYMOUR, Ind. – Seymour Police Department (SPD) officers recently arrested a Brownstown man and accused him of over a decade of sexual abuse, including incest and child molestation.
The inquiry began on September 27 when detectives investigated a claim that Christopher G. Green, 57, had allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with an underaged victim starting 22 years ago and lasting approximately 11 years, according to police. On September 29, Green was arrested for child molesting (Class A Felony), incest (Class B Felony), and vicarious sexual gratification (Class B Felony).
Investigators also executed a Jackson Superior Court 2 search warrant at Green’s residence and located evidence related to the investigation, per SPD. Green was taken to the Jackson County Jail and remanded into the custody of the jail division.
