COLUMBUS, Ind. — Bartholomew County Works (BCW) has applications open for a week-long Job Readiness Training Workshop for October. The orientation is October 19 and the program is set for October 23 to October 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Seminar topics include resumes, applications, interviews, goal setting, money management, and many others. Those who attend all five days with perfect attendance will receive a $50 gift card.
BCW is committed to helping members improve their lives, gain full-time employment, and achieve economic self-sufficiency. The extended support team provides resources including finances, transportation, attire, and more. Those services continue for at least the first year on the job.
