INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Police (ISP) is now accepting applications for the 80th Recruit Academy. Applications must be submitted electronically by 11:59 p.m. this Sunday, November 3.
Some of the basic eligibility requirements for a trooper include being a US citizen between 21-40 years of age with a driver’s license, a high school diploma/GED, and the willingness to serve anywhere in the state.
The starting salary for an ISP recruit is $48,000 per year after training, with an excellent benefits package.
