EDINBURGH, Ind. – The Town of Edinburgh announced yesterday that they are moving their Halloween Festival to East Side Elementary with the potential for storms this Thursday.
Tables with treats will line the hallways of the school, and the free meal will be provided in the cafeteria. People planning to attend still need to bring a non-perishable food item to donated to the food pantry as their admission into the festival. Edinburgh also says that the costume contest, and games are still on despite the change in location.
