FRANKLIN, Ind. – Franklin Mayor Steve Barnett announced that construction has begun on The Links at Franklin, a new luxury multifamily community. The area will offer 167 homes on the east side of Franklin.
“I am excited to have local investors bring a diverse offering to our community. This luxury multifamily neighborhood is the perfect addition to our gateway corridor,” Mayor Barnett stated.
The Links at Franklin will feature 26 single-level buildings. Phase One will offer 98 rental homes that will be available this fall, with preleasing this spring.
The 69 remaining homes will be constructed in Phase Two. That community will emphasize single-story three-bedroom, two-bath residences, all with two-car garages and some with sunrooms.
Residents will enjoy maintenance-free living, stainless steel appliances, and other luxury amenities. The development is in the early stages and installation of the new infrastructure is also underway.
