COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will close Interstate 65 entrance and exit ramps, at Exit 64, in Bartholomew County next week for ramp resurfacing.
Ramp closures are scheduled each day from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. State Road 58 ramps to and from northbound I-65 will not be open to traffic on Monday and Wednesday, September 23 and 25. Southbound ramps will be closed on Tuesday and Thursday, September 24 and 26.
Authorities at INDOT say the ramp resurfacing is part of the $143 million added travel lanes and reconstruction project on I-65, between Seymour and Columbus, that began last year. The two-year project is scheduled to be completed by August 2020.
