WHITELAND, Ind. – Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation (CPCSC) in Whiteland announced Thursday that it has hired longtime TV news reporter, and most recently Communications Consultant Rick Hightower, to be its first full-time Communications Coordinator.
“With the growth of our district and in an effort to keep students, parents, staff, and our community more informed about the exciting things happening at Clark-Pleasant, adding this position became essential,” stated CPCSC Superintendent Dr. Patrick Spray.
Hightower spent a total of 17 years working as a reporter-anchor at two Indianapolis television stations before moving to the education field, where he began doing media relations work for several school districts. He also formerly worked for ATA Airlines.
