GREENWOOD, Ind. – ERMCO, Inc., one of the top electrical, systems, and automation contractors in the U.S., broke ground Friday on its new Greenwood headquarters. The company will build a 160,000-square-foot facility at the northwest corner of Main Street and Graham Road, relocate 125 jobs from its existing Indianapolis location, and add 30 employees at the Greenwood site.
At the groundbreaking, Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers said, “We are honored to have been chosen by ERMCO as the host of its new headquarters to bolster their growth, improve their ability to reach those they serve, and fulfill their vision for the future. This truly showcases how Greenwood has become the city of pride and progress.”
The new headquarters will include 155 office spaces, 14 meeting spaces, 2,600-square-feet of social space, and a 102,000-square-foot service center.
