JENNINGS COUNTY, Ind. – On September 9, deputies from the Jennings County Sheriff’s office receive a tip that Charles Plumm, 43, of Elizabethtown, who had an active parole warrant, was at his home on County Road 800 North of Jennings County. While Deputies were getting into position to serve the Warrant, dispatch notified deputies that Plumm had left his house and was traveling east on County Road 800 North.
Authorities were able to locate Plumm who was pulled over and taken into custody on his parole warrant. During a further investigation illegal nartocis and paraphernalia were reportedly located in the vehicle which lead to the arrest of a passenger in the car, Kelly Williams, 30, of Elizabethtown.
Plumm and Williams are both facing preliminary charges of possession of meth, paraphernalia, legend drug, and maintaining a common nuisance.
