INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – According to the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), three bridges will close over Interstate 65 on or after Monday, September 16, for bridge deck overlays. Crews will be performing preventative maintenance as part of the I-65 added travel lanes project in Jackson and Bartholomew Counties.
Closed for approximately 55 days are the bridges at County Road 700N in Jackson County, at Redding Road/County Road 925E in Jackson County, and at County Road 950S in Bartholomew County.
INDOT says the entire I-65 added travel lanes and reconstruction project is expected to be finished by August 2020.
