COLUMBUS, Ind. – The first-ever Columbus Oktoberfest is scheduled for September 26. The free, family-friendly festival marks the beginning of a brand new tradition for the city. All ages are invited to “celebrate downtown, support the community, and raise a stein.”
Columbus Oktoberfest is a one-evening event on Friday, September 26, from 4 to 10 p.m., at 425 Third St., next to the Crump Theatre.
Grab your friends, bring the kids, and enjoy a festival of:
- Local beer, bratwurst, and fresh food
- Live polka band
- Fun contests for all ages
- Prizes, games, and activities to keep everyone smiling
Attendees are encouraged to dress in their best Bavarian style. From traditional dirndls and lederhosen to creative spins, show off your costume and maybe win a best-dressed prize.
