BARGERSVILLE, Ind. – The Johnson County Highway Department has announced that beginning Friday afternoon, April 5, County Road 625W (Smokey Row Road) will be closed to all traffic at the intersection with C.R. 144, in Bargersville/White River Township.
No access to or from C.R. 144 will be available on the north and south legs of C.R. 625W. Through traffic on C.R. 144 will remain open and unrestricted.
C.R. 625W access at the C.R. 144 intersection will be restored on Tuesday, April 9. The action is being taken because of traffic flow and safety during the Total Solar Eclipse weekend.
Alternate access to and from C.R. 144 will be available at the Whiteland Road roundabout. Local access to properties on C.R. 625W will be open through the Whiteland Road intersection to the south, or the Mullinix Road intersection to the north.
