COLUMBUS, Ind. – The South Central Indiana Master Gardener Association (SCIMGA) has scheduled its spring event, “Annuals are Natives Somewhere,” for this Tuesday, March 12, at 6 p.m. It is open to the public.
The session will be held at the Purdue Extension Office Annex Building, 783 S. Marr Road, in Columbus. The Annex building is located behind the main office building.
Speaker Gail Plattner is an Advanced Master Gardener and has grown annuals for many years. She has explored the origins of the most popular annual plants and flowers that are purchased each spring.
SCIMGA is the local chapter of Purdue Extension Master Gardeners and hosts educational events in the Columbus area throughout the year.
