SHELBY COUNTY, Ind. – Major Chris Holder of the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department reported a fatal accident in the southern part of the county, near Flat Rock, on Monday afternoon.
In a media release, Holder said the crash occurred in the 10000 block of South State Road 9. That was the extent of the information released at 3:30 p.m.
