GREENWOOD, Ind. – This week is “heavy trash pickup week” in the City of Greenwood.
It is your chance to get rid of heavy items like furniture, carpeting no larger than 4×4, and bundled metal appliances not containing freon. They will be picked up on your normal pickup day and must be curbside by 7 a.m.
Because it is Thanksgiving week, if Thursday is your regular day for trash to be collected, it will be picked up on Friday. Friday’s garbage will be collected on Saturday.
