WHITELAND, Ind. — The Town of Whiteland is updating its comprehensive plan and asking you to fill out a survey.
A comprehensive plan basically serves as a roadmap for a town’s future.
The town is seeking a $50,000 grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) and the information provided by the residents will help with the application for the grant.
