COLUMBUS, Ind. – Although some pre-fair activities have already taken place, the 2023 Bartholomew County 4-H Fair officially opens this Friday, June 23, at 5 p.m., at the fairgrounds, on State Road 11, in Columbus. The fair continues for a nine-day run.
The midway is again open every night and some afternoons for rides and games. There is an all-you-can-ride wristband for $30 that is available on opening night from 5 p.m. to closing time.
This Friday, the Woomblees Rock Orchestra performs in the grandstand. There are two demolition derbies again this year, on Saturdays, June 24, and July 1.
The food, fun, animals, and entertainment that make up the Bartholomew County 4-H Fair will wrap up on Saturday night, July 1.
