COLUMBUS, Ind. – Apprisen, in partnership with Union Savings Bank, Southern Indiana Housing and Community Development Corporation, and the Lincoln-Central Neighborhood Homebuyer Program, is sponsoring a free, first-time homebuyer workshop next month. The class is set for Saturday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at YES Cinema, 328 Jackson St., in downtown Columbus.
Each attendee will receive a HUD homebuyer certificate of completion at the end of the workshop.
