COLUMBUS, Ind. – The National Weather Service (NWS) in Indianapolis is advising residents that a “significant” winter storm could affect Bartholomew County and south-central Indiana in the middle part of this week. Meteorologists tracking it have not yet issued any watches or warnings.
The winter storm is expected to cross the Hoosier state late Tuesday night and Wednesday with the potential for significant snowfall accumulation.
NWS says the storm could impact road conditions and you may consider making alternate plans if you are expecting to travel through the middle of this week.
