COLUMBUS, Ind. — Our Hospice of South Central Indiana is relocating to a new office space in Jennings County this week. The move to 753 North State St., in North Vernon, officially takes place on Thursday, December 15.
“Most of our staff works remotely in the homes where our patients reside,” said Our Hospice president Laura Leonard. “This allows us to downsize our office footprint while maintaining a much-needed office space for meetings, consultations, and supplies.”
Improved operating efficiencies and increased remote work capabilities decreased the nonprofit’s need for square footage.
Our Hospice, founded in 1980, opened a branch in Jennings County in 1991. On February 4, 2023, Our Hospice will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Jennings County Gala which, over the past 24 years has raised $942,439 for the patients and families cared for by Our Hospice’s North Vernon staff.
