FRANKLIN, Ind. — The City of Franklin held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday to unveil Artcraft Alley with the Bicentennial Stars.
The artwork aside the Artcraft Theatre is part of the city’s mission to Activate the Alleyways in downtown Franklin.
The public art piece includes 200 stars in honor of the Johnson County and Franklin Bicentennial in 2023. The star colors represent the schools throughout the area and will be illuminated at night.
