COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Fire Department (CFD) is kicking off its fundraising season with the annual Firemen’s Cheer Fund Chili Cook-Off on Friday, November 4, from 5 to 8 p.m., or until the chili is gone.
This year’s event is again a drive-thru at Columbus Fire Department Station #1, 1101 Jackson St. Cash or check will be accepted as a donation for CFD Cheer Fund efforts.
To avoid congestion, Firemen’s Chili Cook-Off attendees should approach the station from 15th Street, where it becomes Jackson Street, and exit west onto 11th Street.
