NORTH VERNON, Ind. – Legal Aid District 11 is hosting a free walk-in legal clinic for Jennings County community members on Tuesday, July 19, at the Jennings County Public Library, 2735 North State Highway 3. The free clinic for low-income residents is from 3 to 5 p.m.
Individuals in Legal Aid District 11 who come to the Jennings County walk-in clinic this Tuesday will receive a 10-minute consultation where an attorney will answer general questions, offer legal information, and give other limited assistance or advice.
From 3 to 4 p.m., the clinic will focus on general advice like wills, divorce, custody, etc. And, attendees can get legal advice on evictions and landlord negotiations from 4 to 5 p.m.
