FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin American Legion is seeking volunteers to place flags at veterans’ graves this Saturday, May 28.
Those interested are asked to meet at the Greenlawn Cemetery at 10 a.m. There will be a dedication ceremony, including the playing of taps.
Officials at the American Legion Post #205 in Franklin say that approximately 1400 flags will be placed throughout the cemetery during this time.
