BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – The right lane and shoulder of southbound I-65 is scheduled to close on the evening of Monday, May 9, starting at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the closure is to allow Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Force Construction Inc. to complete concrete patching between mile-markers 70 and 71 in Bartholomew County.
The closure will remain in place through late Tuesday, May 10, to allow the concrete to cure.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distraction, and consider worker safety when traveling through active construction zones.
All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
