COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) is asking for the public’s health in participating in the CRH Community Health Needs Assessment. The survey provides information so that the hospital can identify areas of greatest concern and decide how to commit resources to those areas, thereby making the greatest possible impact on public health status.
This Community Health Needs Assessment, a follow-up to similar studies conducted over the last 25 years, is a systematic, data-driven approach to determining the health status, behaviors, and needs of residents in the service area of Columbus Regional Health.
The survey is being conducted on behalf of CRH by Professional Research Consultants, Inc., a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm with extensive experience conducting this type of survey in hundreds of communities across the U.S.
