INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) reported 4,893 new residents with coronavirus on Friday. The state has now documented 843,700 citizens with the disease over the last 17 months.
An additional 21 deaths were also reported by ISDH and now a total of 13,936 Hoosiers have died from COVID-19.
Bartholomew County has verified 9,121 cases, Jackson County confirms 5,750, Jennings County certifies 2,875, and Johnson County reports 21,138 cases of the virus.
