INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) says that 5,027 Hoosiers were included in its Thursday coronavirus update. It was the second straight day of more than 5000 daily cases. So far, 838,869 residents have contracted the disease since March 2020.
An additional 12 deaths were also verified by ISDH and now 13,915 Indiana citizens have died from COVID-19.
Bartholomew County has recorded 9,078 cases, Jackson County reports 5,717, Jennings County confirms 2,841, and Johnson County totals 20,990 cases of the virus.
