COLUMBUS, Ind. – Officials at Sans Souci, a local non-profit whose mission is to “be the community partner that improves the ability of our neighbors to support themselves without worry,” wants to publicly acknowledge and thank one of its truck drivers, Camren, for his efforts in assisting a community member in need.
Just before pulling into the Sans Souci parking lot on Thursday, Camren noticed a community member wearing only socks, a long sleeve shirt, and pants that did not fit correctly. He approached and asked if he could help with anything and they said that they didn’t have any money.
Camren explained the Sans Souci Free Assistance program and brought the individual inside where Sans Souci presented the community member with shoes, socks, a coat, and some proper winter clothing.
