GREENWOOD, Ind. – Center Grove High School recently announced that seven seniors have advanced to “finalists” standing in the 66th annual National Merit Scholarship program. They include Rahul Appaji, Taylor Jarosinski, Christina Monev, Bryce Rayner, Conor Roach, Jacob Tallman, and Sapna Vyas.
Approximately 15,000 students nationwide were chosen from the highest scorers in each state as National Merit Scholarship Finalists. The seniors will compete this spring for scholarships totaling over $30 million.
Students vying for 2021 National Merit Scholarships represent about 1% of U.S. high school seniors.
