INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The city of Franklin recently received $200,000 in coronavirus relief funds to support local small businesses, according to State Rep. John Young (R-Franklin). The city will use the money to offer small business grants to help them recover and bounce back from the economic impacts of the pandemic.
According to the state representative, 62 communities received funding through he COVID-19 Response Program. “Local restaurants and shops continue to be a staple of our community,” Young said. “This funding will help protect jobs and sustain longstanding businesses through this public health crisis.”
