SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) has announced drive-thru COVID-19 testing for Jackson County, Wednesday-Saturday, May 6-9, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., each day. The tests will be conducted in the Seymour High School parking lot, at 1350 W. 2nd St.
ISDH states that this is “targeted” testing, and recipients must have symptoms and be healthcare workers, symptomatic first responders, or essential workers or live in the same residence with somebody in the three groups. People who are in a high-risk category due to age, weight, or underlying health conditions are also welcome.
Only residents who have Indiana-issued identification are eligible. Drive-thru Coronavirus tests are limited to one person per vehicle and will be administered while supplies last.
