COLUMBUS, Ind. – Bartholomew County Clerk Jay Phelps reminds Hoosiers that Monday, May 4, is the deadline for you to register to vote. If you need to register or change your voter registration, there is a fast, easy, and secure way to update your voter record or become a first time voter. Visit the state’s voter portal here.
Phelps says on his Facebook page that new mail-in voting system for the Primary Election is going smoothly. He said the courthouse staff has been amazing in adapting and he thanks them for their service and dedication.
Remember, Monday, May 4 is the deadline to register and be eligible to vote in the 2020 Primary Election on June 2.
