FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin Police Department is looking for Mark Lukins, Jr. The suspect is wanted on a warrant for bond revocation after allegedly committing crimes while released on bond. Lukins, pictured here, is 35 years old, stands 6 feet tall, and weighs 185 pounds.
