FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Recycling District (JCRD) is hosting its final electron waste and shredding event of the year this weekend. This Saturday, November 16, county residents are welcome to recycle old electronics and have old documents shredded professionally. TVs and monitors are the only electronics that will not be accepted.
In addition to the shredding event, the Tox Box will be available for use, which gives you the chance to dispose of old household chemicals that you no longer use.
JCRD will be open from 9 a.m. to noon and the service is meant for Johnson County residents only.
