COLUMBUS, Ind. – The DARE program in Columbus and Bartholomew County continues to be a major resource for the community, and residents are getting another chance to support it next month so mark your calendar now.
Local law enforcement is sponsoring its annual DARE Fish Fry fundraiser at the Columbus American Legion on 25th Street on Friday, December 6. For just $8, individuals can get a meal, baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. Free delivery is also offered within Columbus city limits for orders of six or more meals.
All proceeds raised on that first Friday in November will benefit the local DARE program in Columbus and Bartholomew County.
