INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Warren Forgey, President and CEO, Schneck Medical Center in Seymour was announced as the Distinguished Service Award by the Indiana Hospital Association at its 2019 annual meeting.
The IHA Distinguished Service Award recognizes outstanding personal achievement in support of the humanitarian and management goals of Indiana health care institutions. Forgey was recognized for his many accomplishments in enhancing hospital services in Seymour, being a community leader in health care, and advancing the profession of hospital administration.
“Schneck Medical Center has consistently been a top performing hospital in Indiana,” said IHA President Brian Tabor, adding that Schneck received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award, the nation’s top-quality honor, in 2011. “As president and CEO, Warren has demonstrated strong leadership that has produced outstanding results. He is the epitome of a servant leader and a strong advocate for Hoosier patients,” Tabor added.
